Transfers

Dear delegates of the IFAC INCOM 2009 conference.

 

For your comfort we would like to offer you transfers to and from the Moscow airports upon your arrival and departure.

 

Upon arrival at the airport be it Sheremetyevo 2, Domodedovo or Vnukovo you will be met by a representative of Maxima Agency Ltd. who for easy identification will be holding an IFAC INCOM 2009 banner.

 

In order to make a reservation for a transfer you will need to let us know the following:

 

  • Your first and last names.

  • The date and time of your arrival.

  • Flight number and flight origins.

 

 

Please Note: Transfer reservation and payment deadline is 5 working days before your arrival date.
