The
fees include an e-book of Preprints (CD-ROM), symposium program, coffee
breaks, welcome reception (June 3), banquet (June 4), as well as
participation in the scientific and industrial exhibitions.
For every accepted paper, at least one full registration fee must be
paid by April 27th, 2009. Otherwise said paper will not be included in the
final Symposium Program nor published in the Symposium Preprints and
Proceedings.
The accompanying person registration fee includes visa support (in case
of the early registration), participation in the welcome reception (June
3) and banquet (June 4).
All banking fees and commissions are at the participant’s expense.
They are not included in the registration fees. It is important that the
Symposium organisers receive the full fee.

1. Payment via Credit card |
|
In case of payment by credit card please contact Maxima
Agency Ltd. by e-mail or simply download the 'Agreement of
payment' form using the link below. Please fill in this form,
then sign it and send it to Maxima Ltd. tel: +7 (495)
970-17-17; fax: +7 (495) 970-17-16. Upon receipt of your
Agreement of Payment form Maxima Ltd. will charge the stated
amount from the indicated credit card and send the
confirmation of payment to the participant. You must
pay in Euro.

If you decide to pay by bank transfer you will need to let

well as your title. You must pay in Euro.
