 Please note that you will be able to make payments for services on-site at the Maxima Ltd. registration desk. You will be able to pay by cash or by credit card. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express. If you prefer to pay by cash please bear in mind that due to Russian Federation Law we can only accept cash payments in Russian rubles. Prices will be converted into rubles using the Russian Central Bank exchange rate for the date of the payment.

1. Payment via Credit card

In case of payment by credit card please register, book a hotel and other services. After that the 'Agreement of payment' form will be sent to you. Please fill in this form, then sign it and send it to Maxima Ltd. tel: +7 (495) 970-17-17; fax: +7 (495) 970-17-16. Upon receipt of your Agreement of Payment form Maxima Ltd. will charge the stated amount from the indicated credit card and send the confirmation of payment to the participant.

2. Payment by Bank transfer

If you wish to pay by bank transfer please register, book a hotel and any other services that you require. An invoice will be created automatically during the on-line registration. When you have finished please print out the invoice and transfer the required sum of money to the following bank accounts. You can pay in Euro, US Dollars and Russian Roubles
